  Front of the house staff is great, kitchen staff sucks....Monday night and it took over 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Manager was very nice about it. Always have issues with food coming out of the kitchen when I go....This was the last straw.

  Service is hit or miss. They can have good drink specials sometimes. They recently remodeled which the inside and changed the menu.

  This chili's of Cromwell, CT is great, the employees are always so energetic and polite. And the atmosphere of the restaurant has changed with their new update which is why I have provided a 4 star review and not a 5. The older style was a more private setting with your guests, now the seats are lower and more pushed together so that you are able to hear the other patrons conversations clearly. The food is great, and the staff is always willing to change anything if it is wrong or if you don't like it. Another great part about this chili's is the to go station. They are so fast to get your order out to you, but the only downside is of you live farther away from the chili's your food might be just a bit colder when you get into it.
  
  But overall this is a great place to come eat!!
